appointment, we will take high-quality photos of your home in a variety
of settings to find the optimum angle and exposure to best showcase
your home. We will complete a comprehensive questionnaire
while
touring your home, noting all of the features and benefits your home
has to offer a prospective buyer. We will also take the room
measurements for you. Your listing will be activated on
GatewayFSBO.net the following business day, barring any unforseen
complications out of our control (i.e. internet service
outages).

A $50.00 refundable sign deposit fee will be charged at the initial
listing appointment and will be refunded after the sign is returned to
us in good condition. Additional signage requires an
additional as well as a nominal charge.)

Your listing will remain a 'Featured Listing' as long as
your listing is active on our website.

offer the option of using Paypal services for your renewals and new
listings.
You can use
an existing Paypal account or any major credit or debit cards
We also offer listings for
commercial property, lots and rental properties.

listings are for a minimum of 30-day increments.
Prices
subject to change without notice.
Customers
outside of the immediate Gateway geographical areas may be
charged
a nominal trip fee. You will be notified of this at the time
the
initial appointment is set.
All
listings must be pre-paid and your term will begin when the web
information is posted and available to prospective
buyers. Cash, check or money order are
suitable forms
of payment and will be collected at the initial appointment.
You
will receive a reminder of an expiring listing approximately 5-7 days
prior. Renewal fees must be received before expiration of
original listing or a $10.00 service lapse fee may be charged.

you know that Advertising Fees may be tax-deductible as a Selling
